- One of our call agent call you for order & information confirmation right after you place order.
- We work quickly to send your order as soon as possible.
- Our team prepares your items and send you whatsapp photo of your ordered product.
Delivery Charges
- If your order amount is below 4000 PKR, you will need to pay for the delivery charges.
- We use Call Courier service. Within Lahore and province, the cost is 250/- PKR, and for different provinces, it is 300/- PKR for orders under 1kg.
Delivery Estimated Time
- We work quickly to send your order as soon as possible.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 working days for Pakistan.
- We offer fast delivery (1 day) option but only for Lahore.

- We give you a tracking number for every order. This way, you can see where your package is until it reaches you.
International Shipping
- We also ship to other countries.
- But client is responsible to pay for the shipping charges.
How to Return an Item
We try to make return process smooth and fast for strong bounding with our customers lifetime. But still some condition may apply on product security purpose:
30-Day Return Window
- If you are not happy with your purchase, and want your refund or exchange. You have 5 days to start a return from the original order date.
- Make sure the item you want to return is in its original condition, with tags and packaging. We can’t accept returns for items that are used, faulty, damaged or defective.
- To start a return, contact our customer support team at given contact detail. They will help you with the steps to return your item.
- Regarding our refund or exchange policy, only the value of the products at the time of order placement will be refunded or exchanged. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Once we get your returned item, we will quickly process your request for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
